Dwayne Kent Singleton: Reminiscent of the Brady Bunch
Dwayne Kent Singleton says his life feels identical to the Brady Bunch. His wife and him have both brought three children from their previous marriages into their new matrimony. “We literally are the Brady Bunch,” he says. “And now we have a wonderful and amazing grandson.”
Dwayne Kent Singleton is an oil and gas industry professional, and a native Texan. His birthplace is San Antonio and he spent his childhood on Galveston Island; this has fostered a lifelong love of the ocean. Dwayne Kent Singleton’s successful career has led him to join with Primrose Petroleum LLC, and Primrose Resources LLC. He says one of his most fulfilling experiences in life came when he owned a ranch, where he raised exotic animals. The experience had the effect of transforming him from a person who loves going hunting to a person who loves going out and observing animals in their natural habitat. “I raised Scimitar Horned Oryx, Sable Antelope, Zebras, Red Stag, Aoudad Sheep. American Buffalo, Ibex, Kangaroos and Peacocks,” he recounts with pleasure.
The Scimitar Horned Oryx, as Dwayne Kent Singleton knows, is now extinct in the wild. The animal was once populous throughout all of northern Africa but was hunted to near-extinction for its beautiful long horns, among other reasons. Today, private owners such as Dwayne Kent Singleton are how the Oryx continues to remain in existence.
Since graduating from Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Dwayne Kent Singleton has continued his education in the arena of Oil and Gas, which has helped him become a top Industry professional.
